We engage with friends by talking, spending time, listening, helping, etc. We are very intentional when it comes to sleep. Where do you engage the most? How do you engage in those areas? You sleep, right? Aren’t you intentional with that? The type of bed? Where your bed is? Is your bed in the kitchen? No. Think about how you spend your 168 hours. So how do we value God? We engage with Him.

Or maybe better said, is to be greatly valued by the Christian. God, naturally, is of great value to the Christian. Where we give our time, effort, money, and energy shows what we value. In the online world, you track engagement with time spent interacting with your content. There are numerous steps and a host of other factors involved, but this is a brief description of it.You have 168 hours in a week. Much of this work ultimately culminates in making a profound shift in the underlying beliefs about yourself that are continuing the patterns of your challenge. What this does is it helps to access the memories, create new connections between what happened in the past and what the current reality is, and what is more helpful to believe about yourself.
